Tell-a-Friend Program Rules

The Tell-A-Friend Program ("Referral Program") is provided to you ("Subscriber") under the terms and conditions of these Tell-A-Friend Program Rules ("Program Rules").

Who We Consider a "Friend"
We have established the following criteria for defining a "friend" for the purposes of the Referral Program. A friend must be a personal contact, someone who Subscriber knows or regularly corresponds with in a friendly business or personal context. Subscriber must not refer: (1) a non-existent person or Subscriber's self; (2) any person that Subscriber may have reason to believe may be offended or annoyed by being asked to participate in Referral Program; or (3) any person who has explicitly informed Subscriber they do not wish to participate in the Referral Program. Subscriber may not "spam" people via email. Spam is defined as unsolicited (unwanted, unrequested) email. If you'd like to refer someone, but are unsure if it would be appropriate, please contact them first to find out.

Violation of Program Rules
Any actions inconsistent with or in violation of the Program Rules is considered using the Referral Program in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the Referral Program and will result in forfeiture of all of Subscriber's rewards obtained through the Tell-A-Friend Program.
